How to book metro tickets?
You can book tickets via the "Metro Connect" mobile app, at station kiosks using cash/UPI, or by using a Smart Card for a seamless tap-and-go experience.
What is the fare system?
Our fare system is distance-based, starting from ₹20. Smart Card users receive a flat 10% discount on every journey.
Are parking facilities available?
Yes, almost all major stations including Sahibabad, Ghaziabad, and Meerut South have dedicated multi-level parking for two-wheelers and four-wheelers.
What are train timings?
Trains operate from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM daily. During peak hours, trains are available every 5-10 minutes, and every 15 minutes during off-peak hours.
